During the Commonwealth Games I wanted to send some flowers to a member of the Scottish team and contacted Kellee Flowers as to whether or not this would be possible. They said yes and outlined the procedures given them by the games support staff. I ordered the flowers and some chocolates and requested a delivery date a week in the future. Kellee attempted to deliver as they had been instructed only to find that support services, as all good bureaucracies will do, had changed the procedure without telling anyone. So Kellee attempted delivery the next day according to the new rules only to find that games security didn't know what was supposed to be done. Kellee's delivery person explained the situation to them and convinced them to accept the delivery, at which point the flowers entered the black hole of games administration. I notified Kellee the next day that my friend had still not received her flowers so Kellee followed up with games staff to locate them and ensure delivery.
As with all good stories this one had a happy ending as the flowers reached their destination delighting my friend and causing quite a stir amongst the Scottish Athletics team. I should add that all my communication with Kellee and her staff was conducted via email as I live 16,000 km away in the US. I was amazed and delighted with the efficiency and thoroughness with which the whole transaction was completed. All my email enquiries were answered in a friendly manner and usually within minutes.
Kellee never hesitated to take the extra steps needed to overcome the hurdles that were placed in their way. I very highly recommend Kellee Flowers.
