1. The best way to obtain confirmation of flower delivery or its progress is by email. 2. Please call us directly should your situation be extremely urgent and must be dealt with immediately. 3. On extremely hot and humid days, a discrete call to the recipient will be made to arrange a delivery time before the flowers leave the shop; thus avoiding the return of the flowers to the shop should no one be at home. Flowers will not be left in the heat. 4. For instances in which an extra delivery attempt is required, a $14.00 fee will be applicable.
